I'm a description

As a teenager, I began working in the food service industry.  My first experience was at the Half Way House in Richmond, Virginia.  I continued  working as a cook at a Greek restaurant in Paterson, New Jersey; catering with an established family business in Youngstown, Ohio; and a cook at Salisbury, Briarwood, and Meadow Brook country clubs in the Richmond metro area.  For over 30 years, these experiences have allowed me to give my clients vast food and service experiences that few are willing to provide.
